All works on this page are quick oil sketches painted on site in some of my favourite areas of NSW.

Using good quality oil paints, most are painted on primed MDF boards or on loose canvas.

These landscape paintings are created very quickly using an alla prima (wet-on-wet) technique to capture the mood and ambience of the scene before it disappears.

Returning to my studio I select some works to be used as reference for larger paintings, whilst others are reworked ready for framing to be showcased in galleries and exhibitions.

Enjoying much time in my vast outdoor studio, I now have many completed unframed artworks piling up in my indoor studio which I’m offering for sale at very special prices, including postage within Australia.
